It’s indeed a quiet and cozy flat in a nice area and close to the metro. It had all the essentials but didn’t offer much more than that. The decor was a little basic and the bedroom felt a bit disregarded. For my purpose it was ideal though (visited Madrid for a congress). Fran was very nice and helpful.

"A good stay in a good appartment in a superb location."

Location was superb. Host was communicative. Property was quiet.

The bed and mattres could be better. Closet area was insufficient and busy with clutter.

Metro, grocery store, restaurants, cafes, shops are in close neighbourhood. Apartment was well equipped. Salamanca is a nice district to stay. Host was very caring and provided a useful city guide.

Quite weak sound isolation between apartment and staircase.
