The overall experience was far below expectations. The bathroom had a very strong and persistent sewage smell, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the staff was extremely unprofessional. I clearly requested an invoice at the time of booking, as I was traveling for business purposes. After my stay, I was informed that they could not provide one, and when I tried to follow up, my messages were ignored. This lack of basic professionalism and communication is unacceptable.
