Zeer ruim appartement met een geweldig uitzicht op de stad.

Grand appartement. Emplacement parfait. Piscine très appréciée. Facilité pour récupérer les clefs. Très pratique d'avoir une grande machine à laver.

Etendoir à linge peu pratique (une structure en métal) et pas de pinces à linge. Un des toilettes évacuait très mal.

Everything was Good,Madam Wong and her son are friendly...We had problem with the one of the bedroom Door,Accidently lock form inside but Madam Wong and her son came when i call.Thank you Madam wong and Mr Liew.

The accommodation was tired, the building does not allow apartments to be let out to holiday makers and there are signs all over saying so which felt very awkward. The gym is unusable. The swimming pool changing room has no working showers. The kitchen barely had utensils, plates or glasses. I’m sure I was charged way more than I thought I had agreed to pay but I have no record of what that initial amount was so I cannot challenge this. The second bedroom has no window which was not specified. The view from the apartment is stunning. And its location is great. We had a comfortable enough stay but it was not up to the standard I was expecting from the reviews I had read and I am confused about the pricing. There was a leak in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. Communication with mrs Wong was good and clear and access via a key safe was easy.

Location was really good! Walking distance to the waterfront. Easy to collect keys and get inside the building. 7/11 downstairs was super helpful. Rooms were outdated but comfortable enough and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Practical place!

We were really unsure when entering the building if we were actually meant to be there. There were lots of posters on the walls and elevator saying no AirB&Bs, temporary rentals or holiday accommodation. This made us a bit uncomfortable and confused. The price on booking.com was inaccurate, and we were actually charged about £25 extra when I booked the accommodation. Presumably this was taxes? But it wasn’t made clear at all, which felt a lot like false advertising. So please make it clear how much a guest will actually pay for the stay there. It’s still great value, but I think it should be transparent.
