"Good unit, nice location - has potential to be better."

Property is convenient to big bear attractions. Generally a nice property and has potential. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is renovated and nice. Basement rec room is a nice touch. Bath gels were nice and towels snd sheets were clean and fresh smelling. Ample pillows and beddings. Check in was easy and host was communicative.

Out of 3 beds and 3 baths, only 1 actually provides privacy (top floor). Main floor has a hall bath shared by 2 BRs. 3rd bath is in basement, and that floor has no bedroom. Kitchen is stocked but pots and pans are somewhat old and rather large for a regular size family. Cabinets and shelves are fairly old. Unit was generally tidy when we arrived, however floor cleaning could be better — after day 1, the bottom of my white socks were almost dark black. No major concerns but could be better.

Very cozy and comfortable! Had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking and plenty of room for family of six! Close to the lake and shopping. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful home with enjoyable amenities, plenty of space. Already talking about coming back for summer/winter vacations!

Seems like the cleaner didn’t do the greatest job. Found trash/empty cans/bottles. Some under the bed and some in the metal bins. Small things like a broken can opener and had to switch one of the propane tanks to be able to use the grill, and that one was already near empty as well.
