Location was probably as good as you'll find in Broughty Ferry. Bed was comfortable and hosts always answered any queries.

Only downside was virgin remote was missing so live tv was a case of in and out of apps. Usual noise from upstairs in a flat was ok till the Friday night when 6 males arrived.Luckily we were leaving on the Saturday morning .

Everything. It was beautifully furnished, modern kitchen, lovely bathroom and loads of storage. Comfy bed.m

"It was okay, but I don't think we would stay there again."

The shower head had mould hanging from it, which we had to clean before use. The bed linen provided was washed out and stained, so we bought new bed linen for our stay.
