Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle moderne Zimmer, wirklich sehr schön und komfortabel gestaltet. Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Alles sehr sauber

Duschvorhang müsste getauscht werden aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit

"Augen zu und durch!"

Die Lage des Hotels

Frühstück 7 Tage gleich, Wurst, Käse, Obstsalat Zimmer, zum Sitzen zu kalt, zum Schlafen zu warm. Bad wenig Alagemögl. Nur ein Handtuchhalter. PVC-Duschvorhang vergilbt und schimmelig. Am Anreisetag bin 15.00h nicht gereinigt. Dann "Grundreinigung" von von 5 Minuten Dauer.

"I had a very nice experience here."

The room is incredibly well decorated and cozy. Although the receptionist didn't speak English, she tried her best to communicate via a translator, and found an English speaking colleague for more complex instructions. Rooms were quiet, clean, and everything worked very well. a very nice stay for the price!

The fan didn't seem to work (or at least, had a very unintuitive operating design), and I would've liked more liquid soap. However, these are nitpicky and shouldn't deter anyone!

Всё было прекрасно, но в номере нет чайника или кофе машины. Но есть холодильник. До Heide Park ездит автобус с ближайшей остановки.
