The location is fantastic. Less than a minute’s walk and your in the centre of St Ives

It’s very dated, which I can live with but I think there are things with only a small amount of money that need replacing as a non negotiable. The curtains in all the rooms are either too small to fit the windows, or don’t have enough hooks in them to hang correctly. The property lacks Cornish charm. Would be lovely to have some photos and paintings of Cornwall or the local area on the walls. The light outside the property would be great if it had a sensor light. It’s very dark in the courtyard and when you are coming back at night if you haven’t left the light on it’s hard to see where you are going.

So close to beaches and shops.Comfy bed and good facilities.

The closeness to the harbour beach and all the shops.

Could do with an update, a few things need replacing due to noticing mould on a few items in the home.
