Good area, clean property, easy access and the property managers were nice and understanding.

Only negative was the lack of towels for the shower.

Good location

The apartment smelled extremely strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. My stay was supposed to be for 3 nights, but I was only able to stay 1 night because the odor was unbearable. By the next day, all of my clothes smelled like cigarette smoke. The property also needs maintenance, as the facilities do not appear to be well cared for.

Spacious and bright house in a convenient location for us. We had everything we needed. Check-in and communication with the host were good.

It could have been cleaner, and the pillows better maintained. The table space was insufficient for a two-bedroom house, and there were no laundry facilities in the building. But it’s fine if you just need a place to sleep and cook a few meals during a short stay.

Getting into the place was easy. The code was easy to use. The location was in a good place.

The shower could use some updating. The rest of the unit was clean and met my expectations based upon the pictures. There is a washer/dryer, but it is coin operated outside the unit. The amount was reasonable. I had to call the management as my messages were never were answered. I believe that it was because I booked the unit via Booking vs Airbnb. I was informed that the information about washer/dryer is listed in Airbnb.

Upon checking in on [check-in date], I discovered several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay. 1. *Stained Couch:* There was a noticeable stain on the couch in the living area, which is unacceptable for a property of this caliber. 2. *Foreign Objects in Duvet:* I found pink/orange paper inside the duvet, raising concerns about the cleanliness and attention to detail in maintaining the property. 3. *Unclean Sheets in Bedroom 1:* The sheets in Bedroom 1 were not clean, and the overall hygiene standards were below expectations. Furthermore, when I attempted to report these issues to the housekeeper on the day of check-in, I was met with an unprofessional response. The housekeeper not only dismissed my concerns but also hung up on me, which is completely unacceptable.
