Shower less than satisfactory ( difficult to control temperature and flow ); TV controller seemed unable to access expected range of channels Single armchair seemed past its used-by date ( springs gone?)

The rooms were welcoming, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated having bedside lighting. The baking on arrival was a nice touch. It was good to have a garden space with table to enjoy meals outside, and a good sized TV to watch tennis! We enjoyed meeting the resident friendly cat (Harry) and our host Penny was always helpful and quick to respond.

We found the access to the parking space a bit tricky to navigate, so opted to park on the road around the corner some of the time. It was unfortunate that the neighbours had a tree removal scheduled while we were staying, which resulted in some very disruptive chain-saw noise! (We recognise this was out of the host's control!). A place to hang bath towels would be a good addition.

Quiet comfortable well equipped in good location. Linens good . Private outdoor area with table and seating. Off street parking. Close to marina and bush walk to Picton. Friendly hosts.
