Access to the apartment was convenient with codes, and it felt safe.

The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was extremely dirty floor. We could see dirt everywhere, and it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned at all. This gave us a very poor first impression of the apartment. We tried contacting the landlord just to ask where the vacuum cleaner was, but there was no response at all during our stay. In the end, we had to wipe down the entire floor with wet towels. Additionally, there was also huge mold in the bathroom, which shows that maintenance is not being properly taken care of. Overall, cleanliness and upkeep were main disappointment.

Nove, moderne skrine a nábytky. Videovratnik na dverách a bezpečnostné dvere keďže byt je na prízemí v rušnej časti je fajn. Postele pohodlne na prekvapenie po príhode so sušičkou bolo naše pradlo aj voňavé 🤣 Televízor veľký fajn deťom sa páčil. Osvetlenie bytu… všade krásne svietilo…. Každý kút bytu

Byt na oko vyzeral veľmi “moderne” pekne.. no na oko.. prísť vypiť kávu a ísť preč. Pri bývaní sa nám dojem rýchlo zmenil. 1. Gauč( láva opierka vylomena/ nestabilná ) vykazuje už poriadne známky používania . Celkom sa mi ( hnusilo na ňom sedieť ) a to niesom človek ktorý je fajnový. 2. Rúra … keďže v byte nie je mikrovlnka chcela som trošku ohriať jedlo… cele bočné mriežky na ktorých drží stredná mreža sa po vybratí pekáča rozsypali. Držal ich po kope len plech . Majiteľ zrejme zabudol aj po návšteve PRED PRED PRED PRED umyť plech aj panvicu ktoré boli špinavé v rúre. 3. Strop nad vaňou… asi pól metra plesnivého navlhnuteho, zatečeneho a zosuchaneho flaku mnohých farieb 🤣 4. Drevené listy v záchode …. Navrhnuté, popraskané, odduté….. plesnivé…. 5. Sušička … zrejme po pobyte pred nami majiteľ alebo správca zapol sušičku s bieliznou ktorú v nej nechal … v kupelke bol zápach , narosene dvierka na sušičke dávali na javo že pradlo je v nej mokré ( tak sme ju otvorili a veci z nej vybrali ) 6. Komáre … hrozne veľa fliakov na stenách dokonca aj s prilepenými vysušenými komármi 🤣🤣 7. Dvere … FAJN bezpečnostné nove OK 🤣🤣ale ten super extra zámok čo sa zamyka sám bol taký hlučný že zakaždým mi to budilo môjho 7 mesačného syna . 8. Špinavé rohy …. Pod krásnymi dlhými zavesami v rohoch a pod radiatorami špina prach .. mop umyl kde videl 🙂🙂 9. Parkovacie miesto nie je k dispozícii parkuje sa za poplatky 1,5 h čo je dosť.

Almost everything. It would be too long to list it all. Easily accessible (ground floor) so you don't have to worry about your bags and stuff. The kitchen and living area look great even though we didn't actually use it. Overall we felt comfortable and almost like we were in one of our friend's home.

There aren't mosquito nets on the windows and it's a ground floor apartment. Walls showed traces of previous tenants having the same problem, multiple mosquitoes flat on the wall. There are places with only blood, and there are places where mosquitoes are glued to the wall. The shower head isn't really good, water goes everywhere + the ceiling above the actual bath shows tear signs. It's not moldy (at least not yet) but it looks nasty. And really ruins the whole vibe of the place. If this gets fixed, mosquitoes can be easily prevented.

The location was petfect with parking

There is no one that we can contact with.

Spacious apartment, goods beds, clean and facilities fine. The location was very good with lots of places for coffee and groceries nearby.

Laundry was still in the machine when we arrived. Had to take this out and dry it first. Beds were made though and good and plenty of towels. Some things were not available such as a coffee machine, enough glasses, cutlery, etc. Knobs in the kitchen were coming off, including the one from the fridge. In the shower there was mold on the ceiling. Furthermore, the road was right next to the apartment so windows had to stay closed.
