Probably the best staff I've come across in any hotel. The spa was beautiful and practical, the hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was excellent both mornings.

Food in Coughlans bar is way over priced for the quality and quantity. Very disappointing considering everything else is fairly top notch.

Proximity to Killarney National Park. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Colgan's bar had a good ambience and good variety on the menu. Overall a nice and relaxing stay.

More like a four star hotel than a five star. Disappointing entrance area and lack of casual seating compared with other five star hotels I have experienced. No bicycles available during our stay. Vitality pool was quite small.
