The rooms are large and clean and the beds very comfortable. Bottled water was brought to the room each day. Rooms have fans as well as air conditioning. The hosts were gracious and charming and brought us fresh fruit everyday. When we left we were given a gift of an embroidered cloth bag. The reasonable price was also a great plus. I used the free bike every morning to explore the beautiful countryside. Great location off the main street. Come enjoy this hidden gem.

There was a very small menu and a dining area but we never ate here or saw anyone else eat here. No problem as restuarants are just a short walk down the street.

Ich habe geschlafen, wie zuhause. Sehr nette Inhaberin. Später Check in war ohne weiteres möglich. Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren toll eingerichtet und sahen sehr neu aus.

Nichts

Gia đình chủ homestay quá là thân thiện, bọn mình còn được tặng vài món đồ thủ công dễ thương. Đồ ăn ngon. Không gian rộng rãi, có nhà vệ sinh ngoài sạch sẽ. Túm lại là rất hài lòng!

Chủ nhà khá thân thiện, phòng rất sạch sẽ, sân có vườn và ao cá nên cảm giác trong lành và thư giãn. Chỗ để xe rộng rãi. Có dịp quay lại Ninh Bình khả năng cao sẽ chọn chỗ này để nghỉ.

This was our favourite stay of our trip in Vietnam. We arrived 2.5 hours early into Tam Coc at 04.30 in the morning very weary and tired. We waited in the lobby in the dark because we didn’t know wha else to do. The Matriarch of the family greeted us as the sun came up with coffee, mangos, pillows, water and snacks and sat us by the beautiful frog pond. Despite the fact check in wasn’t until 2pm they would do their best to get us into our room so we could rest. By 9am the family had very kindly rushed to get us into our room so we could catch up on sleep, and the room was absolutely stunning and the most amazing space to rest for the day we had ahead. The bed might have been the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. The traditional finish of the rooms with the brand new AC and bathrooms was the perfect mix between comfort and luxury. On departure we tried to pay for all the free things we were given on arrival but the family refused any money from us and instead gave us homemade gifts to take home with us on our travels. The kindness and compassion of the family that run this establishment brought a tear to our eye and was the highlight of our favourite leg of our trip in Tam Coc. Not only is this establishment stunningly beautiful with a flower garden, frog pond and fruit trees - but the family that run it are compassionate people and that is what made our stay so wonderful. Thank you so much for everything.
