Casa Floriana Seaview

Ho soggiornato presso Casa Floriana a Capri e l’esperienza è stata davvero fantastica. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli, in una posizione comodissima per visitare l’isola e godersi l’atmosfera di Capri. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Simone, che è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal primo momento. Ci ha accolti con grande cordialità, dandoci ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e fare sull’isola e facendoci sentire subito a casa, ottima posizione . È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante. Consiglio assolutamente Casa Floriana a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno a Capri in un ambiente accogliente e con un’ospitalità impeccabile. Sicuramente tornerò!

Nous avons aimé la vue de la terrasse , le confort d un appartement spacieux. Le supermarché juste à côté ainsi que l arrêt de bus .

Il n y a pas de rideau à la petite fenêtre opaque de la chambre.

非常干净整洁舒适宽敞。有个很漂亮的露台，晚上可以自己煮饭在露台上畅饮聊天很凉爽。 房东simone先生非常礼貌热情。为我们入住时提供了便利。非常不错 位置在热闹的码头附近又很安静。惊喜的是楼下就是超市 让我们随时可以购买遗忘的必需品。合适的价位舒适的空间推荐推荐

Struttura bellissima pulitissima e c’è tt quello che c’è scritto non manca assolutamente niente ma i miei complimenti vanno soprattutto a Simone un ragazzo sempre a disposizione anche x semplici domande che ogni tanto lo chiamavo x essere consigliata un posto e lui sempre a disposizione non si scocciava mai e mi consigliava tanti posti dove andare x me siete il top … grazie Simone sicuramente ci rivedremo … vista mozzafiato

We loved the location of this apartment for our 2-night stay in Capri with our family of five. It was incredibly convenient to Marina Grande and the ferry port—particularly helpful for our early morning departure on check-out day. We enjoyed walking up to Capri town via the charming pedestrian lanes (though be prepared for a steep climb, especially in the summer heat!). There's also a bus stop right outside the apartment, as well as a very well-stocked supermarket just steps away. Our host, Simone, was warm, friendly, and highly responsive via WhatsApp. He met us at the ferry port on arrival and kindly arranged for us to drop our bags at the apartment before check-in. He provided a helpful map and excellent recommendations, including securing restaurant reservations and organising an unforgettable boat trip for us—highly recommended! While the apartment has only one bedroom, the sofa beds in the living/kitchen area comfortably accommodated our three children (ages 14, 12, and 9), making it a great option for a short stay. We did encounter a few minor maintenance issues during our visit, which we reported to Simone, and he was responsive—hopefully these have now been resolved.

We had a wonderful stay at My home Capri F. It’s located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the port, which made it both peaceful and convenient. The place was spotless and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the amazing view from the balcony – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Simone was truly remarkable – very welcoming at check-in and full of great tips on what to see and do around the island. He was also always available for any questions we had during our stay. When we visit Capri again, we will definitely come back to this accommodation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported island getaway!

We visited in April and had a wonderful comfortable stay! Its a beautiful apartment located just near the port so you have access to the buses and ferries too. Simone helped us with everything we needed for a lovely trip. Trust his recommendations around the island, you will have great food!
