The bed was comfortable.

Rooms are outdated. Rooms are muck smaller than what the website shows.

Great price good workers honestly 10/10

The man who checked us infor the night charged us a 100.00 cash deposit (was originally told 50.00) and then next morning at checkout refused to give us our 100.00 back, said room smelled like marijuana. Wouldn't allow us in the room to figure out what he was smelling. He made a scene and so did we, but nothing resolved. We are a retired couple passing through town, our first and ONLY time in Iowa on our way to Thanksgiving. We will not recommend this motel or frankly, Iowa. We came to town to get ripped off for the holidays! We're telling everyone about our experience. What a Shame!

Wrongly accused of smoking marijuana so he could keep our cash deposit of 100.00. Rude, rude man at front desk!

The tiles on the wall in the bathtub fell out of place and almost injured my spouse

I need to get refunded because that staff kicked us out with his rude attitude . I thought I would get 100 back because I haven’t damaged anything before kicking us out .

Quick check-in and check-out, friendly and helpful staff, nice and quiet hotel, helping make it even that more comfortable. Loved there was a laundry mat next door.

Vamos a hacer una crítica justa para este motel. Las instalaciones son un desastre. Todo esta en mal estado. A la vista es horrible. Cuando reserve no me dio la opcion de elegir la habitación fumadores o no fumadore. Luego me llega el mensaje del alojamiento consultando cual era mi preferencia, y elijo NO FUMADORES, ya que detesto el cigarrillo del tipo que sea. Al rato me llega otro mensaje del alojamiento diciendo que no quedaban mas habitaciones NO FUMADORES, solo quedaba una FUMADORES. y ahora que hago? Me pregunte. Necesitaba quedarme si o si en siux y ya estaba sobre la hora para buscar otra cosa. Aparte la reserva era NON REEMBOLSABLE. O sea. Perdia mi dinero. Tengo que decir a favor del.motel que el la cama estaba limpia. El baño tambien. Y funcionaba todo. Y no habia olor nauseabundo a tabaco o marihuana. No habia olor. El ambiente horrible. El lugar limpio aceptable.

La zona parece ser la.mas baja del siux..las casas a su alrededores parecen ser de una clase baja. Me gusta caminar la ciudad.y me senti.un poco.inseguro aunque no note nada raro a mi alrededor. El lugar necesita urgente una reestructuracion total y general
