Sehr schönes Zimmer im separaten Haus. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption hätte etwas hilfreicher ausfallen können. Sowohl der Parkplatz als auch das separate Gästehaus liegen etwas vom Hotel entfernt. Aber es war kalt und regnerisch und der junge Mann an der Rezeption verzichtete auf einige begleitende Schritte.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr frisch und vielfältig. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr sauber und ansprechend. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels war ideal. Die Ausstattung entsprach den Erwartungen.

Der reservierte Hotelparkplatz war am zweiten Tag am Abend belegt. Die Notrufnummer des Hotels verband nur zu einer Sprachbox, um die Belegung des Parkplatzes zu melden. Wegen der Umwelt waren wir mit einverstanden, dass nicht täglich gereinigt wurde. Die Kontrolle, ob genügend Klopapier vorhanden ist oder Handtücher gewechselt werden sollen und das Herrichten der Betten hätten wir trotzdem erwartet. (Anregung: In einem Innenstadt-Hotel in Kaltern konnten wir Ein- und Ausladen und dann das Auto kostenlos auf einem öffentlichen Platz parken.)
