"Disappointing"

No daily cleaning and as mentioned in the site that they will have Tea / Coffee maker but not arranged, to which we have to ordered Coffee for additional cost. And also while booking I noticed and also mentioned in the booking. Com that Hotel will provide Airport transfer to and fro which is included.in the cost But not arranged. When asked Hotel said that they don't have that option. No idea whether it's the problem of Hotel or booking. com. Due to transfer option i booked this Hotel

Clean

No hot water in one of the rooms. Even when we Called reception no one came. Dripping water from ac which was fixed later. Satellite tv did not work
