La empresa que maneja el departamento excelente, muy amable y pendiente de todo lo que necesitamos

El departamento no es para cuatro personas. La pieza es parte del comedor a pesar de estar separada por media pared. No hay una puerta que las separe, no hay intimidad entre los dos espacios. Si quienes duermen en el sofá tienen la luz prendida todo el espacio queda iluminado. No podíamos ducharnos los 4 en el mismo momento ya que salía agua tibia o fría. Y eso era así con duchas muy cortas. Varios cubiertos estaban sucios con comida pegada. La cocina incomoda. Para preparar café había que mover la cafetera a algún espacio con enchufe. No lo ofrecería para cuatro aunque sea solo para dormir, si para dos

Mieszkanie jest małe ale schludne. Położone w samym sercu Madrytu. Zwiedzaliśmy to piękne miasto bez korzystania z jakichkolwiek środków komunikacji miejskiej. Wszędzie jest naprawdę blisko i z przyjemnością można tam dotrzeć pieszo. Blisko bloku, w którym znajduje się mieszkanie znajdują się sklepy, bary, restauracje.

Przy wręczaniu kluczy należałoby wynajmującym zwrócić uwagę na mały luz w zamku, który może utrudnić otwieranie drzwi. Nie będzie to stanowiło żadnego problemu, jeśli będzie się o tym wiedziało.

La ubicación, el apartamento muy cómodo y acogedor

Excelente apartamento, decorado con mucho gusto, los ventanales y los balcones son ideales! Me encantaron los techos altos. Las almohadas!!! por fin encontré unas que me sean cómodas!.La Cocina equipada completamente el detalle de dejar entre muebles los ladrillos y la viga de madera vistos pero protegidos por un cristal es un detalle que dice mucho del mimo con que realizaron la obra. Realmente nos sentíamos en casa pero en el mismísimo centro de Madrid....todo a mano.....caminas unos minutos de nada y ya estás en todos los sitios que querías visitar. El personal excelente. Tuvimos un "problema" con el televisor y se ocuparon rápidamente. No podemos decir más que dejamos nuestro apartamento en Madrid para próximas escapadas!!!. Gracias por una estancia fantástica.

Realmente no tengo quejas de nada. Todo lo contrario.

Struttura al centro di tutto, ottima per visitare Madrid a piedi senza bisogno di essere costretti a prendere i mezzi. Personale garbato e preciso nel dare tutte le informazioni.

L'appartamento è al quarto piano da prendere in considerazione per chi non ama prendere l'ascensore. Comunque le scale sono comode.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. There is an elevator and the apartment is equipped with electrical appliances.

This is not exactly an Airbnb apartment. We booked for seven nights, they left us two rolls of toilet paper and asked us to buy the rest ourselves. There is no basic product in the kitchen, not even salt or sugar, so you have to buy full-sized products and just throw them away later. Also, the apartment is located opposite the police station so there is quite a bit of sirens and noise at night.

Best location ever. I have been in a lot of other locations in Madrid, but this one was the best, and cant be beaten. The staff was also amazing. Very responsive and ready to help with anything. Great Wifi connection, super fast. Tv with google +, youtube and playstore, you can install whatever you need. Police station 10m away, adds a lot of security, you will feel the safest you have ever felt. Great for 2-3 adults, or 2 adults with kids, 4 adults is too much.

The sofa bed was not so comfy, but still Ok.
