mi sono piaciuti un sacco i colori della casa e il fatto che la casa avesse due terrazze la rendeva ancora migliore di come era già.

forse l’unica cosa è stata la mancanza del bidet nel bagno al piano di sopra.

Esattamemte quanto mi aspettavo, un bell'appartamento su due piani, con due bei balconi, enorme soprattutto quello superiore che lo rendono molto abitabile. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro e lo spazio era pià che sufficiente. Avevo letto del problema delle zanzare (non ci sono zanzariere) ma non ne abbiamo visto una. Oltre questo la posizione è ottima, defilata dal centro di Principina, molto tranquilla, il mare lo si raggiunde a piedi oppure in auto (circa un paio di km). Il contatto tenuto da Chiara per Sofis è stato perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. Questo a fine luglio del 2025.

Un forno micronde sarebbe auspicabille, ed un piano di appoggio in più in cucina non sarebbe male, noi abbiamo mangiato fuori ma quando abbiamo cucinato in casa, l'unico spazio gestibile era il lavello.

We were a couple with 2 adult children and a dog so we needed enough space to accomodate ourselves comfortably. We've chosen the appartment which is situated in the ground floor and in the basement: 1 bedroom and the leaving on the ground floor and 1 big bedroom in the basement. Both spaces have own bathroom with the toilet and the shower. The apartment has a kitchenette with a cook top, a microwave and a fridge (I supposed to get a bigger one shown on one of the pictures but the smaller one was big enough for us so it wasn't an issue). Beds were very comfortable. In the basement, there were no sockets near beds and the shower was fixed to the wall. Our hostess Chiara was a genius helper (always standing by but never bothering). We informed her about the arriving time one day upfront, then it appeared we came 1 hour earlier - every time she adapted immediately with a smile. On arrival, we had an issue with wifi, she fixed that by the next day. Location is very good, close to the beach. Very good restaurants nearby (especially, in the direction to Grosseto, our favorite is Casa Livia). In the Archeologic Museum of Grosseto, there is a great collection of artefacts from Etruscan culture, worth to visit. We will definitely come back.

Struttura accogliente, ben posizionata vicino a un percorso sotto la pineta che ti porta al mare, personale davvero molto disponibile, accogliente e simpatico.

Avendo preso un appartamento con 6 posti letto speravo in una cucina e soprattutto un frigorifero più grande. Quello presente a malapena bastava per due.
