Luxury Log Home with a Hot Tub

Nice facilities for 10 people regarding beds and bedrooms. The hot tub is very nice for a large group.

The gate at the entrance did not work and there was no key in the specified box at the entrance - a bit frustrating to start with. The hot tub was also set at boiling temperature, which in it self was dangerous. All that was fixed in the end, with a promised 20% refund for all the trouble - a thing we still have not seen over 2 months later. We found it also strange to rent out a house for 10 people, with 9 dining room chairs, 4 wine glasses and 3 coffee cups, a fire place not working and a broken door from the bathroom to the hot tub. This house needs a bit of TLC.

Fireplace did not work.

Spacious property, I love the living room, and the staff were extremely responsive and friendly.

House was beautiful… very clean and modern… easy check-in. Plenty of kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery, coffee cups, wine/champagne glasses…with basic pantry items available eg- salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters, tea, dishwasher tablets, and washing liquid (even though we had own own.) Linen was fresh and good quality. Spa/hot tub instructions easy to follow. Owner very obliging with offers to provide housekeeping daily/ fresh linen etc if required.

Just some minor maintenance that needs to be addressed. That I have made owner aware of. AC didn’t work in one of the bedrooms, no towels for hot tub (had to use bath towels) fire place malfunctioned and only had fuel for one night- and lucky to stayed lit for 15mins instead of 2hrs. Water damage in ceiling of bathroom and a note on unusable exterior glass door to say it was damaged/ do not use. It was strange that there is only one toilet and bathroom considering the house sleeps up to 12 people.

La casa tiene un diseño y unos ambientes exteriores e interiores muy cuidados. El salón-cocina es encantador, tanto de noche con su chimenea de bioetanol, como de día por la visitas y sol que entra (tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de un día soleado!). Y el baño en el Hot Tub a la intemperie para finalizar el día resulta súper agradable!!! Un auténtico lujo.

La verdad es que se le pueden poner pocas pegas; puestos a sacar una, que sólo tenga un baño, lo que obliga a organizarse.

Nice rooms and clean.

There were no wine glasses at all in the house which is very inconsistent with being a “luxury log”. We were celebrating a family milestone and drank our sparkling wine from huge IKEA water glasses and decided to ask about this next time we rent a house anywhere. Kitchenware was also a bit chipped. Very little furrniture on the large balcony was a disappointment for our family
