Alam Caldera Camp & Resto

Locatie is prachtig. Voor het oog mooie tenten geplaatst met uitzicht op de lavavelden of Mount Batur. We hadden een plek met vuurplaats. In de avond hebben we mooi een vuurtje gemaakt, maar je moet wel tijdig om hout vragen (en dus kopen), anders kun je geen vuur stoken.

We hadden een zeer ''luxe'' tent met eigen sanitair. In de tent was de electra aan elkaar geknoopt, dus erg onveilig. het sanitair kon je pas bereiken door een hele smalle (en onveilig) wenteltrap direct naast het bed. In de nacht kon je zo een paar meter naar beneden vallen.... De badkamer zag er prachtig overigens prachtig uit met een vrijstaand bad zonder inkijk en uitzicht op de berg. Helaas blijken we geen warm water te hebben, dus hebben we ook niets gehad aan het bad. En die vliegen..... hoe vervelend is dat. We zijn naar binnen gevlucht in de middag. Dit was een van onze duurdere locaties, maar we zijn erg teleurgesteld over de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Место хорошее, уютное. Глемпинг как глемпинг. Это не 5* отель, но и не просто палатки в лесу. Палатки комфортные, все немного потертое, но да сутки-полтора очень даже хорошо. Вид отличный. Ресторан топовый и по ценам, и по виду, и по обслуживанию. Не стали заказывать «гриль в палатку» на ресепшен и сходили именно в ресторан. Когда стемнело, попросили разжечь «стол». Там есть столики с газовым очагом посередине - прикольно. Рекомендую к посещению

The gardens and view are amazing - beautiful property. Staff great

Our room was just above the septic tank so had some horrible smells occasionally. It was very noisy with large families in the next tents.

The view is amazing. You can see both: the volcano and the lake. If you wake up before sunset and look at the surface of the frozen lava you can feel that you are on a different planet. You can order a BBQ dinner and cook yourself. They will provide you with the marinated meat so you can fry it on your own. The premises are well organized.

We came at night, and the bed linen was wet because of the weather. The staff was friendly and changed them quickly but it did not really help. It's really wet by night.. The kettle is very slow so you can wait more than 5 minutes for water to boil. The water would not go off when you take a shower so you stand in 10 cm of water. The bathtub was leaking so you cannot fill it in with water.

The location, value, staff and activities. The restaurant serves good food and the BBQ in front of the tents was amazing.
