Inside the property is great, the location is fantastic.

The entry keypad was not working so we had to wait for someone to come and let us in. This only took 30 mins but was annoying when it’s so hot. A Keysafe would be a much better option , it would also be helpful to have the apartment name on the entry buzzer outside and on the flat door itself. A bottle of water in the fridge would also be helpful.

Un apartamento muy limpio, muy acogedor, con todos los detalles que puedas tener,excelente, la estancia ha sido muy agradable. Al apartamento no se le puede poner nada negativo, espectacular todo. Felicito al anfitrión y le aconsejo que lo siga manteniendo como hasta ahora, felicidades no todos los apartamentos están así de bien.

Lo que no me gustó que es calle peatonal y estrecha y no se puede parar ni un minuto en la puerta, eso me ha agobiado un poco.

Mattresses and pillows were a bit too hard

Location is perfect for exploring the city. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby as well as three supermarkets within a five minute walk from apartment. The main bus station is about fifteen minutes walk along the river front. Apartment is huge, modern, beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Added bonus was the toiletries in each bathroom( shower gel, shampoo etc). Jaime was easily reached by text for any questions I had and was really helpful with advice. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit this beautiful city.

Only a very minor point, was hoping the balcony would have been big enough to sit out but it’s more a Juliette style so no room for a chair.

The flat was very spacious and comfortable. It is right in the center next to a lot of sights. The interior is new and tasteful. You will find everything you need.

It was clean and comfortable and very central. It was also well stocked with toiletries, towels and cleaning supplies. The owners were very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

beautiful apartment with tasteful furnishings, modern and very spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable, the apartment was spotless and the appliances were very new. The air conditioning was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery and glassware, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. As a minor point, it was a little short on kitchen equipment (no tea towels, jug, salad bowl or chopping knife for example).

There is an issue with noise from the street at night, which unfortunately is beyond the control of the owner. We were visiting during a fiesta so the bars were busy (even after midnight) and it was difficult to sleep. Although window shutters are fitted the noise is still a disturbance in the two bedrooms that face the street
