The entire place has a sea view, includes a small private beach, the roof is great for a mountains, stars, sea view combo.

X Ta Sea Retreat House was amazing for us. Each room has a beautiful sea view and we just walked out the gate right onto the beach. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Honestly, this villa is way under priced for how beautiful it is. We really loved it. Dalia is so kind and friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. We will absolutely be booking there again the next time we come.
