A little dirty floors were sticky and 1 sofa that was all stained No air conditioning only small mini fans No screens on window so couldn’t keep windows open We were told no smoking inside the home and then we get a message the second last day that we couldn’t smoke outside either Have to walk up hill or down hill to other street to smoke

I sent an entire list to the property manager and received no response.

USThis property checked all the boxes for our stay. Close to beach, restaurants and night life yet in a quiet area. Unit was roomy and provided adequate space for four adults. We had everything we needed amenity wise to be comfortable. Host was very communicative and offered great recommendations for local eats and things to do.
Host was transparent about a couple of maintenance issues before our arrival and was proactive on rectifying problems. (Faulty garbage disposal and broken dryer) Unfortunately neither us nor the host realized that maintenance never showed until we tried to use both on last night of stay. Only downside to this stay was parking. Very tiny tight parking area for compact car available. Plan ahead if traveling with more than one vehicle.

Sold as “ultra-luxury”, however it’s just a nice apartment with a nice kitchen. Did the job, but oversold a little.

I would just suggest that they have a fan in the living room and a little lamp in both bedrooms.
