A lovely spacious house , good communication by the hosts

Great location for visiting relatives, off street parking for 2 cars if you play nicely with each other. Heaps of room for everyone indoors. Beds all super comfy which is by far the most important thing for me! Located in a quiet street, very peaceful. Host was absolutely lovely. We made ample use of the washing machine and drier. Didn't use the kitchen beyond the kettle/coffee pod machine and fridge, but it seemed pretty well equipped.

No toiletries supplied and we'd accidentally left ours at the previous accommodation, so make sure you bring some with you.

This house is in a grt location for Epping Forrest and local amenities. It's not near London though so for those looking to be close to the capital be aware . Over all the house is well maintained but they need to address the amount of light that comes into the bedrooms in the summer. It's pretty hot and the sun will wake you up at 5am.

Needs some new mattresses and blinds

Great for kids; plenty of space and toys and cot provided.

Slightly more than we'd like to pay but appreciate it is warranted in this area for the size of property and facilities.

Grt location for Epping Forest and that part of Essex. It's a large house (probably too big for our purposes) lots of space and a well equipped kitchen.

I would prefer breakfast stuff including coffee rather than a bottle of fiz and chocolate FYI

It was well appointed and in a great location.

The weather was freezing cold when we arrived and the heating had not been put on before we arrived so the house was chilly and took a long time to warm up. However, the hosts came very promptly and checked all was working ok which was excellent
