A Casa do Choco

Everything exceeded my expectations! My luggage was delivered to the wrong address and they rescued it for me. This has been a wonderful experience.

Friendly hosts, comfortable apartment, excellent food hamper and a gorgeous dog! We loved our stay on the camino.

This place is even cuter than the pictures show. The apartment is a back house and the family who lives up front is lovely. They asked us if the dog bothered us (it didn't, we LOVED him), so I'm sure they are able to put him away if you need. The internet was lightning fast and all of the amenities far exceeded my expectations. There was food, first aid, air conditioning, games, and books relevant to the camino. It's as if they thought of everything a pilgrim may want or need and provided it. If you are on a budget but planning one "splurge" during your camino, you would do very well to choose this place. The only negative for us was that we used a baggage transport company (TuiTrans) and had to walk our bags back into the center of town (~.75 miles) before starting our day.

On the Camino about 1k outside of the city center. We appreciated the solitude that came with the location. The accommodation was charming.

This adorable home is perfection and the hosts are incredible. Everything a pilgrim needs for rest and rejuvenation... seriously, this home is a master class on how to host. I wish I had more days to stay here! Also comes with the sweetest golden retriever (Nui) ever.

We had an amazing stay at casa do choco. The host have been super nice and thoughtful all over. Everything was clean and the apartment well equipped. Breakfast was lovely and we even could make ourselves some sandwiches and grab fruit for our next stage for the camino. Would definitely recommend it. :)
