"Excellent"

The room was clean, although the overall condition of the hotel areas are rough. Our room was basic - no coffee, no microwave. Needed a place to sleep that was close to everything (Mission Valley, Old Town, Downtown, etc.). I'd stay again if needed.

Location

We had people banging on the walls and running and yelling down the hallways. We had people walking above us in another room very loudly. It was a sleepless night

The room looked dusty. Iron board provided but there was no iron. Requested one, they indicated housekeeping had key to them and would be in the next morning @8:00am. When I called to get one they said they didn’t have any and housekeeping would be in @10:00am. Never stayed anywhere where an iron wasn’t available for each room. I will not stay again.
