Very clean. Required facilities were good. Good location, near shops and bus route.

Staircase to 2nd floor is narrow & steep, making it hard to carry heavy luggage to the unit. Toilet roll and shower shampoo holder are needed.

At top floor & nice setup and good facility

I have to climb on steep stair for 2 floors. Old people like myself & my wife are not suitable especially to carry big luggages

It was very comfy and Alan came to our aid quickly with a new kettle

The steep 3 flights of stairs which I was unaware of being disabled it was really hard, painful and dreaded going out and in. The kitchen fridge n freezer were dirty. The hob was broken n the doors were dirty and the work surface was scratched. The spring on the toilet kept coming out. We only had 1 towel which were small

Beware of staying here area is very poor and feels unsafe

Spoke to property owners about my concerns and assured me I would be refunded as I wasn't prepared to stay there this never happened they just lied on the phone. Very poor service

Het beste was dat de badkamer in orde was. De bedden waren redelijk comfortabel en schoon.

De woonkamer zag er somber uit. Het is moeilijk om spullen naar boven te krijgen door het smalle gangpad. Er hangen overal A4'tjes op wat je niet mag doen en dat ze anders kosten aanrekenen. Locatie was niet top. Een beetje een verpauperde wijk. Ramen waren niet geluidsdicht waardoor je het verkeer goed hoort 's nachts.
