The host made the experience friendly and comfortable. Ali especially on the first day accompanied me to exchange my money and help me get a sim and was just really friendly. Both Jerome et Pamela were so attentive and went the extra mile to answer my questions and help me whenever they could. I really love that it's a family business because you feel the personal service and not alienated, especially as it was my first solo travel as a woman. I loved the Moroccan decor, from the door, to the artwork, throughout the riad. Very beautiful and tastefully picked out! I loved that there was a smart TV, as I didn't want to be out late. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. Its brighter then it looks in photos, it's because the windows are shut in the photos! I had windows that I can let natural daylight in and fresh air which is good. There was heating which is very important to me, as I get cold very easily and could get sick otherwise. Fridge filled with water was very thoughtful. The breakfast was one-if not my favourite thing, there was a yummy choice and I loved the mint tea! Not to forget to mention the beautiful rooftop and hearing the birds in the morning, the lovely views, whilst having breakfast was really lovely and blissful. Great holiday vibes! This riad is very underrated and deserves great acknowledgment! You won't get this level of service in a hotel, props to Jerome et Pamela et Ali, for a wonderful stay!

I will say for a solo woman travelling, the location, can be quite daunting, being right into the market, but it was by entrance which is a quick enough entry and I found measures around it, such as going with a guide and not going out at night or if so not alone, or getting a taxi right into as close to riad as possible. I found the guide for market friendly, but bias and bit pushy towards the market shopkeepers in all honesty, which gave me a bit of anxiety to be honest, I understand it's a business, but you shouldn't pressure people in that way, but I think I managed it well considering and it's a strong part of the market culture.

If you’re visiting Marrakech, you have to stay at this riad. The best hospitality I’ve ever experienced - they went above and beyond. The breakfast is delicious and the facilities are comfortable and spotless. Breathtaking view from the rooftop. High speed wifi and even Netflix on the tvs in the rooms.

Zero complaints!

The place manager, Ali, is the kindest and most helpful person we have met in the whole of Marocco. We were treated like kings since the very beginning til the very end of our stay. I would give him 15/10. Otherwise:great views from the rooftop and excellent breakfast.
