I loved the small details at this cozy place near UF. I especially loved the huge bathroom and shower. Toilet has a bidet!!! Very sweet property manager, Mr.Richard was quick to respond when I needed help getting in late at night. I will definitely come back soon. Sometimes, a cozy place near home is all you need to breath.

Outstanding, best deal in town for the price

it’s a scam: they do not list the fact that the bathroom is shared with other guests. When I found out I didn’t stay and they refused to return my money. This listing should not be allowed on booking.com.

The bathroom is in common with other rooms, it is not listed like that, it’s not mentioned in the description or anywhere !

It was a very comfortable cozy place. Most importantly it was affordable especially because there are a lot of hotels in the area. It was somewhat closeby the campus, not walkable, but you would need to take the bus or Uber and as I did, an electric scooter to get to the campus. It is in a great in between area, to the west there are shopping plazas and malls to retrieve items. Then to the East are bars and restaurants for nightlife. The manager was very friendly kind considerate and open to have a conversation with you. I really liked the spot and am so glad to have found it. Hopefully will be checking in there on an annual or bi-annual basis. As long as the Gators keep winning national championships! It was memorable muchas gracias thank you very much Sir Richard! Gainesville can be a great stay if you know good people. 😊 😁

There was not much to not like, everything was very likeable and convenient. Richard even helped me get into the house when I forgot the code once. Make sure you know the code, bring the key, help the roomies if they knock on the door. Yes there will be roommates, which is fine. For $60-70 a nite, best you can do at the height of March Madness.
