The washroom facility

An amazing stay with very friendly staff...the chalet was very cozy, clean and tidy same like photos.. The morning buffet was full of traditional Lebanese breakfast dishes, hot and fresh...big thanks to Mr.Giovane for his decent welcoming character, he is very professional in dealing with all the customers' needs... although it was very crowdy because of the Christmas but he knew how to organize the tables and make everybody satisfied and happy...also thanks to Sharbel for the fresh mana'aeish.... Also would like to mention Marita and Clarita from the front desk for their warm hospitality... Highly recommended for quiet peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the cities

Le séjour à Wood hills a été magnifique. Le cadre est exceptionnel, les chalets sont très beaux, propres, confortables et parfaitement bien chauffés. La cheminée apporte une ambiance très chaleureuse et tout était nickel du début à la fin. Le personnel a également été excellent : accueillant, professionnel et toujours à l’écoute, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.

Le principal point à améliorer concerne la restauration. Le restaurant nécessite des efforts, notamment au niveau de la carte et de la qualité des plats, qui mériteraient d’être revisités pour être à la hauteur du lieu. Il y a aussi un souci de connexion internet, probablement lié à l’altitude. Cela affecte notamment la télévision, qui devient inutilisable en l’absence de connexion. Personnellement, cela ne nous a pas trop dérangés grâce au réseau mobile.
