"Very bad and no response when they say message us if you need to"

It was clean and on the beach

Paid for a 2 room suite. One bedroom . One full size bed and a queen. With a pull out sofa bed. Reason for this was because of four large women. Instead we got a one room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa , very uncomfortable for two big women.more like a 3/4 bed. Messaged the property when they asked about our stay and they never even responded till check out . And only then to say they looked forward to hosting us again. I can tell you now they never will. Not my family and friends. Also four different families in elevator and none was happy with their accommodations.
