"Motel-6 quality in a house"

It was big and had enough room for the family but otherwise it was motel-6 quality

Very cheap quality of the beds, couch, tables, etc. Everything was low end and the location was not great. The place could definitely use an upgrade.

The location is outstanding. It is an easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The interaction with the property management company was excellent. The house was clean.

The house was not kept up- it's old and worn except for relatively new flooring. The beds were old and the bedding was worn and sparse (e.g., old pillows and only one pillow for one of the queen beds). Furnishings were worn and in some cases sparse (e.g., no lamps in the main living area). The bathrooms are old- chipped bathtubs, old sinks, chipped toilet seats. The place does not feel comfortable. The house needs a good makeover.

Tv was missing from living room but after calling them they came right over the next morning and installed one
