The property was decent and clean however poor management made it a horrific experience in the end.

1. We were under the impression check out is 11am and at 10:30am while half naked someone(a lady), a complete stranger to us with no uniform or badge, broke it asking to speak to us. We told her we were half naked and she must leave,she left, a minute later the white lady broke in to shout about check out while i was half naked and asked her, why couldn't you knock or call? she kept shouting and left? a few minutes later before 11am we were done and were getting ready to leave the place and now there was 3 ladies at the door shouting and demanding the keys. We told them all of this violation of privacy, breaking in and noise was unnecessary they could have addressed us with respect as hosts and we would have been gone in a few minutes but instead they were very aggressive instead they broke in, violated our privacy and made noise while not identifying who they were, no uniform etc. They were demanding the keys and we told them how do we hand over keys to people we do not know who are not wearing uniform or badge ? So were preferred to send back the keys to security but they started being physically aggressive and grabbed the keys out of my hand and at that point we took a picture of them for security reasons and left them in peace to go to our loverly homes. 2. Poor communication on where key pick up had to be and host being unreachable while knowing were were coming. We also had to trust a helpful stranger on where we had to pick up the keys so from a security perspective all these things are red flags. 3. We got to the property, stood outside at night for a while and there was no one to meet us. After a while of hooting, A tenant ended up opening the gate for us to let us know that we had to go to another dodgy location to pick up the keys however the security gentlemen where we picked up the keys was very nice.
