Location and the apartment itself. Very good taste in design, unique.

Surroundings of the apartment and the staircase/hallway to the apartment. Very dirty and not pleasant due to other neighbors.

Very comfortable and cosy apartments! Very helpful and kind host Jelena! Great location! Nothing to complain about! Big fat 10! We definitely would love to come back !

Good location, clean.

The apartment has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard so is very comfortable. Probably the best 3 nights sleep in our our 7 weeks of this trip so far as the bed was so comfortable! The apartment is close to GORS. Whilst there weren’t any shows on during our stay the dinner at Zids restaurant there was outstanding. Jelena was quick to respond to any questions. We appreciated the provision of a toaster as we Australians like toast for breakfast. Whilst the apartment block is from the Soviet era it appears quite basic from the outside but please don’t be fooled by that. It was really interesting watching the residents come and go. Very happy to recommend this lovely apartment.

New fit out was very comfortable and everything worked. Close to points of interest. Easy parking. Good communication with host.

The studio inside was lovely - the outside appearance of the building was rundown. A toaster and coffee plunger would be a great addition.

Cosy and well equipped, modern, nice designed apartments in the old soviet building. Fast charging sockets, internet television, coffee and tea available. Very good location.

The shutter of the window in the living room was a bit broken.
