K rooms old town self check in

Nocleg w samym centrum Zadaru okazał się strzałem w dziesiątkę! Apartament był bardzo schludny, nowocześnie urządzony i zadbany w każdym detalu. Wszystko wyglądało dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach, a dodatkowo panowała tam bardzo przyjemna i komfortowa atmosfera. Lokalizacja idealna - wszędzie blisko, zarówno do starówki, restauracji, jak i na plaże. Ogromnym plusem był również stosunek ceny do jakości - naprawdę trudno znaleźć tak dobrze przygotowany nocleg w tak rozsądnej cenie. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni, dzięki czemu cały pobyt przebiegł bezproblemowo. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka wygodnego i estetycznego miejsca na pobyt w Zadarze:)

Szczerze mówiąc, nie było nic, co mogłabym uznać za minus. Wszystko podczas pobytu spełniło moje oczekiwania, a nawet je przewyższyło. Widać, że miejsce jest prowadzone z dbałością o szczegóły i komfort gości. Zdecydowanie nie mam się do czego przyczepić i z przyjemnością wróciłabym tam ponownie:)

Very central room and easy to find, clean and very well equipped (most notably with a lot of electric plugs), despite its small size. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very reactive.

The room is right next to a bar where very loud music was playing the night I was there, to the point of being audible even with the very good insulation of the windows.

Bardzo ładny mały pokój, w sam raz na city break. Self check in, idealna opcja.

La ubicación era perfecta. Estaba todo limpio y el check in fue fácil y sin problema.

Había que subir unas escaleras muy incómodas, la habitación es muy pequeña, pero para una persona viajando sola es suficiente.

Very good location in the old town, 1 min walk to the sea. One of the best and cheapests restaurants in Zadar right at the entrance. Very clean and easy to enter once they give you the code. The staff at the reception, at another location, are very respectful and friendly. You can see the sea from the bathroom. The AC works perfectly. The bathroom is big and I could fit easily and have a good shower without hitting any walls. Clean towels, fast wifi, electric kettle to make tea ( free tea, coffee, and sugar) that you can enjoy in the small balcony. Big and functional TV. It's a very nice room for a single person

Fishy behavior from the property! Even though I insisted on talking exclusively on booking they wanted me to talk on WhatsApp and I was told then that I will get an SMS with a link to pay a tax ( was strange since they didn't ask about my number to send me the SMS in the first place!) I told them multiple times that I don't use WhatsApp and prefer talking through Booking.com. but that didn't help. I also told them many times that I have already paid the taxes and showed them proof and repeated again that I don't want any SMS with a link to pay money. Then I called customers service at Booking .com they contacted the property and told me that everything is sorted out and I do not have to pay anything because everything is already paid! . And when I arrived at Zadar surprise!! They asked to pay a tax and I refused then they said that I was right and it was already paid. Moreover, there were no toiletries and when the ones I already had were finished I asked to have some they apologized and said they will leave some at the door next morning. So I go on a hike and come back later that day having no soap no shampoo stores were closed, next day was a national holiday and I needed a shower ! The stairs aren't that hard for me, I actually liked them, but they are spiral and narrow not gonna be easy for old people or someone with health issues but the property didn't hide that.
