The location was great. Communication with managers was excellent. Living area and kitchen were very comfortable.

The bed was a very small double. Not big enough for a tall person and very small for two people. I should have asked for bed measurements.

It was close to my friends who were staying nearby. Number 8 bus nearby. Beautiful area. Affordable. Just what I needed as a mini break and solo traveller.

The location was perfect for the bridge, cathedral and shopping/restaurants.

When we arrived the communal areas were desperate for a hoover and I thought that it didn't bode well as it is obvious that first impressions matter. When we went into the flat the pictures behind the bed had the inserts slipped which is a five minute quick fix. Attention to detail for the obvious doesn't instil much confidence for what you can't see. We went to open the windows and one was smashed. I immediately contacted the company who didn't respond till 11.15pm. Simply thanked me for bringing it to their attention. There is NO way you could have missed that. I was concerned because the sash windows involved pushing them up from the base and you could very easily have injured yourself. They also had my deposit and I was not leaving myself open to being accused of the damage. The bed was absolutely awful; the springs are coming out the side and can be felt on the top I was literally pulling them through the side and they were creaking on the top where you led. I did video this but it won't upload. After the first night I went out and purchased a sleeping bag and slept on the dirty sofa. My husband had to sleep on top of the duvet but repeatedly woke during the night. No point contacting the hosts as I was fobbed off over the window. Crumbs down the cooker top side, scuffs on the walls, cracked paint, stains on the couch, kettle leaked boiling water and under the bed was filthy. All very obvious so I hate to think of the not so obvious, and sadly all very quick fixes. It was just such a let down. We were at the start of a 12 night trip and needed sleep, I also hadn't been well. The mattress needs tossing and a deep clean should be done, friends stayed in 6 and their bed and kettle were the same. I had to ask about my deposit and they admitted they didn't release it till Thursday after my contact when we checked out Monday.

Good location, easy walk from Clifton downs Good shower, lovely little flat and comfy beds. I would use again if I needed to stay in the area. Key safe access so easy to access property at a time convenient to us.

Lack of parking. Kitchen hot tap could have easily scalded someone. Needs a cafetiere.

The shower wouldn’t produce water at a constant temperature so washing difficult and the bathroom sink had a leak..
