The space, the standard of the rooms and facilities were wonderful and everything we needed for cooking/ self catering was right there in the kitchen. Access to the gym alongside the property and the shared tennis court were convenient too. The information and help we got from the host were very much appreciated and genuinely offered.

Nothing at all about the property. In terms of location you have no shops etc to walk to but that wasn’t what we were looking for. It’s right next to the Lincolnshire Showground and you do need to drive to shops, pub etc. But once on site if you’ve brought food and have Google to find places to eat out this is no problem at all.

"Superb"

Fantastic property, perfect for a weekend gathering of two young families. Which kids wouldn't be happy with a trampoline in the garden and a football table inside! The hosts were approachable, accommodated our requests and answered our questions. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood, a short drive from the centre of Lincoln and nearby amenities. We would definitely look at a return visit.

The only thing we would suggest to improve the property is an optionally fitted stairgate. Due to the downstairs living space being open plan, without the stairgate, we had to police the stairs to make sure our children were safe.
