"Квартира с прекрасным расположением"

Отличное расположение квартиры: большой супермаркет Maxi в 3 минутах ходьбы, рядом кафе, пекарни и другие магазины. 8-9 минут пешком до магазина Lidl, 10 минут до Лиманского рынка, 13-15 минут до ТРЦ Big Fashion, 15-20 минут до парков Лиманский и Футошка, 20-25 минут до пляжа. Рядом остановки автобусов, до центра можно доехать за 10-15 минут. Хорошо оборудованный балкон с диваном. Потрясающий вид с одной стороны на горы, Сремску Каменицу, нацпарк Фрушка Гора, а с другой стороны можно ежедневно любоваться закатом. Дружелюбный и приятный хозяин, всегда готовый помочь в любой ситуации. Прекрасный быстрый интернет, Смарт TV. В квартире есть практически все для полноценного проживания.
