Coastal Zen Cottage - Walk To Beach

The location and very clean inside

It didn't have it's own thermostat and hot water heater. Outside had lots of cobwebs and missing a table outside to sit and eat, work etc.

The space was very clean and quiet.

The hot water was slow to heat up.

It was perfect location for us because we like to walk. Within a mile or so there are multiple nice restaurants and the beach. It’s also driving distance from many other nice locations.

Location was its best feature, close to hikes, beach, shopping and restaurants! Room was spacious with comfortable linen’s and bed. It was nicely decorated and very bright with an outdoor area that we didn’t get to take advantage of due to the weather. Kitchen was mostly stocked and cooking option was available.

Felt like a basement apartment and was very cold and drafty despite a space heater that only worked for small areas… Paying attention to some nice easy details would have made it exceptional. Providing enough bottled water for the first night, more towels, especially a roll of paper towels would have created a better feeling. Also there was an obvious long term ant problem that appeared every time we tried to cook that needs to be corrected. If I wasn’t from Florida I would have been very upset. For the money the owners needed to provide these items that would have made this place exceptional without adding much cost!

Loved the location and the amenities. So comfortable and homey!

We had problems with ants. We made sure we put everything away but they were even in the coffee pot. I should have noticed the amount of stairs as we are both in our 80’s. That is not your fault. I would recommend your facility to others who are younger than we are.
