Fabulous location, nicely laid out property. Overall the quality of the property is excellent, it looks like it has been fairly recently refurbished so things are in good condition for the most part. Location is at the end of the street by the harbour, parking is a challenge but the property has its own space so we had no problems. Air conditioning throughout which is essential in summer - the temperature was constantly high 30s. Really enjoyed our stay.

Let down only by a few minor "snags" that could be sorted quite quickly. The kitchen tap was loose for example, there were no basic supplies like dishwasher tabs or salt and pepper, the master bedroom en suite toilet flush didn't work sometimes. Kitchen layout and supplies are fairly limited and basic.

Emplacement de choix avec vues superbes et terrasses magnifiques. Pour ceux qui ont une voiture, tres facile pour se garer dans la rue ou devant.le garage du.logement. Grand Harbour joignable rapidement par.navettes bateaux traditionnels.

Quelques petits manques ou defauts materiels à l'arrivee mais l hote a ete tres reactif. Manque.un.micro ondes...si on veut chercher les manques dont on peut se passer

Fantastic location, spectacular views across the Grand Harbour and surrounds. A nice quiet location but close to the action. Very convenient 3 minute walk to local restaurants on Birgu waterfront, as well as the Birgu water taxi station a bit further along the waterfront where you can catch a traditional Dghajsa across the harbour to Valletta. Brilliant views of amazing nightly firework displays. Looks out over Fort St Angelo which is right next door and well worth a visit.

Air conditioning failed in the main bedroom on the first night but Klinsmann got this sorted quickly the next day. Some minor housekeeping issues which were mostly also sorted quickly.

Exceptional views from the location especially the top terrace is the main attraction. The living and kitchen area on first floor was very spacious and comfortable for the gp/ family.

No drinking water facilities. A RO could be installed as it is meant for a gp or family of 4-5 persons. The nearest convenience store is quite a walk especially for bringing 5-10 litres of bottled water . We were expecting better quality of Linen.

We booked the house for its location and amazing views of the Grand Harbour, and it certainly met our expectations. The house was very spacious, light, and had a large terrace to sit out on from which to admire the views. Klinsmann the property manager was there to greet us when we arrived, he was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful week!
