Place is nice, calm, quiet and clean. It is valuable for your money.

It’s a huge villa, the room was big and comfortable. There are many floor so make sure you get an ocean view which is from the 2floor up. The bathroom was big but not very good water pressure. A/C worked great and the internet was fast and reliable for working remotely. The area is quiet but still close to the main road. There are 3 very sweet, respectful and clean kittens around the propriety which was very entertaining.

The kitchen had the bare minimum and only 1 frying pan to share between 3 rooms. It was also pretty dirty, an easy fix anyway.

Simple rooms, but everything you needed. Location very convenient and the staff and owner were always helpful. certainly very good value for money. It was a very good deal to find we had use of a washing machine as well.

We had some issues with the bed, but Simon, the owner, could not have been more prompt in attending to it so no complaints really

The property is tucked away from the main roads so is very quiet and peaceful but still only a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops. The room was larger than I expected, extremely clean and comes equipped with all you need including air con. The shower was amazing, the bed was huge and comfy and it was easily one of the best places I have ever stayed! There is a kitchen area and a sofa area on the balcony with stunning views. Simon was an excellent host - very friendly and accommodating. He sent detailed messages on the location so it was easy to find and he also sent me links to restaurants, beaches and shops so I knew where to go. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again whenever I come back to Sri Lanka.

This hotel is perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from Turtles Beach, where you can enjoy swimming with the magnificent sea turtles—a truly unforgettable experience! The hygiene standards here are commendable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. For budget travelers or those who enjoy preparing their own meals, this hotel is an excellent choice. Each floor has a well-equipped common kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a refrigerator, making it convenient to cook your favorite dishes. Highly recommended for travelers looking for an affordable and clean place close to nature!

The only faults to note were that the bathroom shower was malfunctioning and the commode seat was broken, which were slightly inconvenient.

WiFi was unavailable time to time and hot water didn’t work properly at night
