perfect, moder, stylish, clean, very nice and helpfull owner, bravo! Not very central, but in Capo dO all is very easy. Beautiful town! Amazing seaside and beach!

I didn’t find anything

I booked this hotel because on the main page the property listed a pool as one of the facilities. I travelled and paid for a taxi as the place was not near the town but I was prepared to be away from the town if I could use the pool. When I arrived the owner confirmed the pool had been out of order for two weeks. I asked why the property still had the pool listed as a facility. There was no answer although I was blamed for not messaging the property to ask if the pool was available. I laughed and said why would I do that when you listed it as available? He did give me most of my money back straight away but then washed his hands of me and refused to let me use the toilet - I expect because now I wasn’t a guest - he didn’t care. This was a painful experience as I had been waiting to do so for quite a while. Overall a negative experience
