"Sad to see this once luxury hotel in such decline."

The rooms were clean and there was always hot water for the shower. Breakfast was a highlight, delicious food with plenty of choice. The staff were lovely, helpful and attentive.

The hotel grounds and facilitates are in need of urgent refurbishments. Siripanna was by far the best hotel in ChiangMai when it opened in 2009 (true Lanna luxury), unfortunately it’s not been maintained and now sadly feels like a low budget guest house with business events being its main target market & no longer the holiday maker.

Das Zimmer war gut. Ebenso das Frühstück und die Lage. Es wäre eine schöne Anlage, aber sie ist in die Jahre gekommen. Man sollte unbedingt etwas investieren. Die Anlage entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel!

Der ganze Gastronomie-Service war enttäuschend. Ebenso haben wir uns nach einer umfangreichen Nordthailand-Reise auf etwas Luxus gefreut. Wir wollten uns am Swimmingpool erholen. Wir mussten einer Liege nachrennen. Schliesslich wurde uns eine Liege mit kaputtem Gestell hingestellt. Ebenso war ich einen Tag krank und beanspruchte den Roomservice. Das Geschirr wurde ohne dreimalige Aufforderung nicht entfernt (weder im Zimmer, noch vor der Türe). Schliesslich reklamierten wir wieder, da das Geschirr schliesslich beim Lift deponiert wurde. Schade, da die Anlage recht schön wäre.
