ITLa posizione appena fuori il centro permette di parcheggiare l'auto comodamente sia dentro che fuori il giardino. La terrazza é il pezzo forte, perfetta per una colazione vista mare o dei pranzetti/cene in compagnia. Le stanze sono tutte molto ampie e pulite. Gli host che vivono al pian terreno della struttura sono squisiti, discreti e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Grazie Nino e alla prossima!

PLIf somebody likes location faraway from city center (like we), this location is ok. Peace and quiet and nice views. Manfredonia is nice town. Near to beautiful beaches (!), to beautiful Vieste, to San Giovanni Rotondo, Monte Sant’Angelo. The upstairs floor was renovated recently. During our stay there was very strong and hot wind during 2 nights, directly from mountains that are near the location.
According to offer on the Booking it should be exclusive house 300 m2. Unfortunately, the owners stayed all the time downstairs and we lived upstairs. In this most important case the offer is complete misleading and lying ! There are only 3 bedrooms, not 5 like it is said on the Booking. Beds are not “extra large double bed” but just double, and in fact for 1 person each - if you want to really rest during night (they are rather old and the springs in some of the beds creak). The owners had no patience and irritated fast if something did not went their way. They speak only Italian and you must use translator to communicate with them, and it wouldn’t be a problem if we would be alone (in exclusive house - like it’s said on the Booking).
