Property Notes

1) At the request of the staff, guests are required to present their identity documents during office hours (11:00-17:00) of all guests arriving at the apartment. If the arrival takes place outside office hours, guests are required to send photos of the documents electronically. 2) We reserve the right to collect a deposit at the facilities. The deposit will be returned after the end of the stay, provided that no damage is found in the apartment. The decision on the necessity to pay the deposit and its amount is determined on the day of the guests' arrival. 3) The facility is strictly prohibited from organizing parties. 4) Only people listed in the reservation may stay at the facility. 5) The facility is strictly prohibited from smoking cigarettes, tobacco products and electronic cigarettes. The ban also applies to the apartment, balcony and common areas in the building.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
