Amazing staff. Very nice room. Van recommend it. Oh and 7/eleven is a couple of hundred meter away. Dinner and lunch is alsl very good.

Only one bad thing to say, was the whorst coffee i had in my life! I mean the black coffee during breakfast.

Location .Not central but close enough to town with a cab

Positives: Superb hotel - away from the noise, but close to everything. Lovely pool and a gym you can actually use (it even has a Smith Machine, with pull options for lats and back). Comfortable beds and bathroom, good internet, nice views. Underground parking has plenty of space. I visited 4x other hotels downtown, nearer the Mekong River, and I was not comfortable with the security or ease of motorcycle parking, particularly when often coming and going. The staff at S2 are so friendly, sweet and helpful, and they are genuinely interested in contributing to your experience in Laos. The Manager (Afeee) leads by example, will offer you unique local experiences. He is also direct and open-minded in asking you for improvement feedback.

I think, similar as it is for most of Thailand, "walk-in bookings", being people who take the risk to turn up to the hotel, should always be 12-15% cheaper than online bookings, and you should never send an existing customer, who asks to extend their stay, back to the booking apps. When you send them back to the booking app, you can potentially lose them to another hotel, plus you're making them do the work that really you should be doing as part of your reception's service.

La chambre très confortable, bien situé, tout le nécessaire est la. Personnel sympathique et nous avons pu faire le check in plus tôt des notre arrivé.

Nice pool, helpful staff and room was nice. Roof view is worth a look and breakfast was good

Kinda in a random spot and no real like nightlife around
