siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, disponibilità e cura da Marisa e non ci aspettavamo assolutamente una calorosità del genere. sono stata in parecchie strutture B&b ma mai ho avuto un esperienza che mi ha lasciato un segno così positivo. la prossima volta prenderemo anche la colazione inclusa perché se torniamo a in Abruzzo, torneremo da Marisa! la struttura è dotata di wifi, che non è una cosa scontata, aria condizionata e tv. un ampio balcone con sedie e tavolo, perfetti se si vuole vivere un po di tranquillità e relax. vicini al mare e a molti servizi, vi segnaliamo tra questi il panificio Donatelli, pane buonissimo e varie dolcezze e salati tipici abruzzesi. ci sei rimasta nel cuore Marisa, grazie per averci fatto sentire a casa! ❤️

Such a nice place to stay! The owners were so lovely. Wonderful hosts who went out of their way to ensure a good stay. Home baked goods, bottled water and good coffee. The room was quiet’s, clean and comfortable equipped with an ensuite and air conditioning. The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would stay again and recommend

This has been the absolute best experience we have ever had, thanks to the owners. They are the kindest and most helpful accomodation providers we had the pleasure of meeting. They made us homemade breakfast each day, and when they realised we can't have breakfast on our last day (we had to leave really early), they prepared a bag of muffins for us the night before :) They even made us coffee in the afternoon! 100% absolutely recommending this place!

The location was great, less than 10 minutes away from the beach. There are plenty of things to do on and around the beach area. You are also near the heart of Pescara, so you can easily walk, bus, or taxi into the town. The room was clean, and the hosts continued to keep it clean as well as provide essentials like water, towels, etc every day. You can also get the 4€ breakfast per person and it is a lovely homemade breakfast by the hosts. The hosts are lovely people and are so kind and generous, they helped us when we were stuck and also made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back someday.

Having traveled to every corner of the world, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Marisa and her husband are truly wonderful people, doing everything to make you feel like part of their family. A fantastic breakfast with homemade cupcakes is just one example from a very long list of pros when staying under their roof. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! Marissa is absolutely amazing – warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. She made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Marisa and her husband are very welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful. Overall amazing service-offering airport pickup/drop-off, coffee upon arrival, drinking water supply throughout the stay, as well as daily room service. The roomsize is adequate, and the bed and pillows are very comfy. For a solo traveller, it's a perfect place located conveniently right at a bus stop. 100% recommend!

Breakfast is fantastic. Location is great - you can get a bus infront of the property to the bus/coach station, Pescara Central Station, Pescara Airport, etc. Working distance to the sea/beach. Above all, Marisa and her husband are absolutely exceptional hosts. I really felt at home after the long journey from Rome. Absolutely lovely, wonderful and caring people ❤️
