The hotel is centrally located in McLeodganj, within walking distance of tourist attractions (Tsuklakhang temple complex, St John's Church, Bhagsunag temple & Bhagsu falls), the market, and the restaurants & cafes. While being near the market, it is also secluded making it a quiet place to stay in. The property is well maintained & clean. The staff are extremely helpful, we were provided timely packed breakfasts on our early morning starts, and arrangements were made for ordering an early morning taxi. A special mention of the front desk staff - Mr Julphi Ram, and Mr Gautam and the restaurant / waiting staff including Mr Manjeet Singh; for their cooperative & helpful attitude. We liked the food as it was not oily / spicy, but the breakfast menu was repetitive. Overall, we had a pleasant 5 day stay, and would like to stay here again.

The breakfast menu was repetitive and slightly boring. A suggestion would be to provide blinds in the restaurant windows for the times when bright sunlight makes is difficult to sit by the windows.

Nice clean hotel with a good location and city view in front and mountain view at the rear. The staff were very helpful and caring. Breakfast was good. Our corner room and attached bathroom were very spacious.

Breakfast spread was limited. Dining room being close on the same floor, Saturday evening was noisy till late.

The facilities of the room were on par with hotels in Europe. Very clean, good location and good supply of lotion and shampoo, etc in washrooms.

The front desk person - Gautham was a bit strange. We had trouble finding the place as the hotel is wrong on Google maps. So we kept going around in circles after a long travel and we kept calling him but could not find the hotel. Nor did locals on the street know where it was. But, Gautham refused to send anyone to a spot to receive us. And, when we finally did find the place he said, "I don't know who you were asking!" Also, rooms didn't have ashtrays, slippers. and we were given only 2 bottles of 500ml water daily. Over this, we were told that we'd be charged for refillings.
