AUThe skypool was the highlight! Well appointed and clean apartment with large lounge area.
Pillows were not so comfortable but that is a personal preference. This was our favourite apartment from our whole Malaysia holiday.
IDthe decor of the unit is great, minimalist but clean. the view is excellent, the water is running great, the beds are comfy, the kitchen appliances all working properly. the small balcony is very sweet to have a relaxing cup of tea in the evenings. will come back again should we visit Penang again.

SGEasy check-in, check out. Good response to queries. Swimming pool was great, place was comfortable, kitchen facilities were sufficient. Local food around area for breakfast.
Shower head and shower handle were broken and malfunctioning, but could still do the job. Lobby and lift had intermittent aircon, and can be a bit stuffy when waiting for Grab. Require Grab services to move out of the area to the central. No mini market at the lobby, just a vending machine.
