La centralità e la posizione

casa pepe si sviluppa in una palazzina di 3 piani. Io sono capitato all'ultimo. Io credo che sia giusto scrivere a caratteri cubitali che non c'è ascensore. Arrivare in cima è una gran faticata. Vorrei anche aggiungere che fare trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in camera è un gesto di cortesia, andrebbe sempre fatto. Nel bagno nessun sapone per il corpo e per i capelli. Solo qualche saponetta. Sulla pulizia nulla da eccepire, peccato per qualche strano amichetto strisciante trovato nella stanza, ben 5 millepiedi. A me i millepiedi stanno simpatici, alla gente di città credo un po' meno. Ultima nota molto dolente, il letto. Ma dico io, nel 2024, quasi 2025, volete far dormire la gente sui letti con le reti? Cambiate i letto e mettete le doghe, basta poco per essere felici.

"comodo e spazioso"

la posizione al piano terra con entrata indipendente, spazioso, climatizzatore nuovocome tutto l'appartamento completamente ristrutturato, bagno con doccia grande e fornito di bidet ed asciugacapelli

un poco rumoroso per il via vai di auto e moto sulla strada molto frequentata, fortunatamente in camera da letto essendo al lato opposto dell'entrata ed avendo un'altra porta si attenuava molto il rumore e siamo riusciti a dormire tranquillamente
